Love was in the air in York, PA on Kyle and Emily’s warm summer wedding day. It was among the hottest days of the summer (105+ degrees), but that didn’t stop us from capturing the burning love that the soon-to-be newly weds had (and still have) for each other.
As Emily and her father walked down the aisle of St. David’s Evangelical Congregational Church in Dover, PA, you could instantly feel the room fill with emotion. After a beautiful ceremony, friends and family greeted Kyle and Emily outside of the church with a bubble send off before heading over to the reception.
All of the guests were welcomed by the beautiful ornate ambiance of the Yorktowne Hotel as they piled in for the reception festivities. After a relaxing cocktail hour, The Neil Wright Band kicked off the celebration with an explosive introduction of the bridal party. As everyone jumped to their feet for the revealing of the married couple, we couldn’t help but admire the loving support from the friends and family of Kyle and Emily. What a lucky couple!
The party continued into the night with lots of music and dancing. Since Kyle and Emily both share a passionate love for music, it was no surprise that such a beautiful wedding would be accompanied by a killer live band.
When editing in post-production, it only felt right to include the roughed up timeless look of old film as an homage to the nostalgic roaring 20’s vibe of the Yorktowne Hotel!
We had a great time filming Kyle and Emily’s wedding. We wish them the best of luck in their future together!
